No softball games today at the Central tournament.
Tomorrow, August 13th, at 5:30 pm Ada Music Center will be in the band room to sell and rent instruments for the new 6th and 7th grade band students. They will also have the book we will use this year and will be available to answer any questions you may have about instrument care and maintenance. Mr. McCleskey will be there to answer band questions as well!
A representative will be at the HS on Sept. 15th in Coach Cornforth's room during lunchtime for letter jackets.

Tomorrow, August 11th is the First Day of School!! We are excited to welcome everyone back! Student drop-off begins at 7:40 a.m. at all campuses with a tardy bell ringing at 8:00 a.m. Elementary release time will be at 3:00 p.m. Meet the Teacher Night at the elementary begins at 6:00 p.m. tonight! Tomorrow, Aug. 11 is the First Day of School at the MS & HS. Tardy bell rings at 8:00 am each day and students are dismissed at 3:04 pm. Please do not drop students off before 7:40 am. We look forward to seeing our students!

Cross Country started today! We had 10 runners show up and looking forward to more coming. We will be practicing again at the lake at 7 A.M. tomorrow.
Remember tomorrow HS (grades 8-12) band’s preseason camp starts back up! We start at 8 am and will end at 2 pm. Students need to bring sunscreen, water and lunch money. They will also need to wear light, athletic clothing and SHOES! See you then!

We are gearing up and getting ready for a great year! August 10th will be our Meet the Teacher Night. The elementary will begin at 6:00, and the middle/high school will begin at 6:30. At 7:00 there will be an ice cream social downtown sponsored by the EC Chamber of Commerce. Our first day of school will be August 11th. On Thursday, August 12th we will host Meet the Badgers at Wheeler Field at 7:30. Following Meet the Badgers we will gather at the Elmore City Lake for a Back to School Bonfire at 8:45. See you there!
