7th Grade Students must have proof of their T-Dap Booster in order to attend school or an exemption must be completed by your child's doctor. The exemption form can be obtained at the OKSDE website.


ECP Meet the Teacher is Tues. Aug. 9th. Our Elementary will be open from 6-7 pm and the MS & HS will be open from 6:30-7:30 pm. Come out and join us!

The ECP High School Softball team will travel to Central Marlow on August 11-13 for the Red Dirt Classic Tournament. Please see the Fast Pitch page for the tournament bracket.

The ECP Agricultural Education Booster Club will be holding a MANDATORY meeting next Thursday, August 11 at 6:30 PM in Mr. Ilbery's classroom for anyone who is wanting to show this school year, or anyone who wants be involved in the Agricultural program! There will be a Band Boosters meeting at 7:30 pm this Thursday, August 4, in the Band Room. Band Parents grades 6-12 are encouraged to attend and help get this year started on the right foot!

The Garvin County Health Department will be hosting a Back-to-School Vaccination Clinic on Monday, August 8 from 5:00-6:30 p.m. at the Garvin County Health Department located at 1809 S. Chickasaw, Pauls Valley, OK. The Vaccination Clinic is for children who qualify for the VFC, (Vaccines for Children Program). For questions or concerns, please call (405) 238-7346.


Cross Country practice will begin on Monday, August 1st at 8 am. We will meet at the lake. A physical must be on file to participate.

HS Band students and parents! (Grades 8-12)
Last reminder about check-in tonight and tomorrow from 5-7. It is come-and-go! Come get uniforms sized, sign papers and get the schedule!
Preseason camp starts August 1-5 from 8am to 2pm. Lunch will be provided.

We have check-in on Thursday and Friday from 5-7 pm. You only need to make ONE of these nights. Parents, try to come with your student. We will be signing beginning of year stuff, fitting uniforms and checking out instruments.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR STUDENT HAS A CURRENT PHYSICAL ON FILE IN THE HS OFFICE! Preseason camp starts August 1 at 8am.
