Attention Parents and Guardians: the OSSAA has partnered with Rank One to help simplify the eligibility process.
All Parents of MS and HS Athletics, including Band and Cheer MUST create an account on Rank One to complete the required eligibility documentation to participate. Please complete these forms at your earliest convenience. All other documents including physicals will be completed by hand and returned to the school.
Follow the directions below to complete the process.
1. Go to www.rankone.com
2. Select “Parents click here”
3. Click "Go to Forms" under Online Forms
4. Scroll to select “Oklahoma”
5. Scroll to select “Elmore City-Pernell Public Schools
6. Select “Create new account”
7. When creating an account, you must know the student ID number. That number can be found on your Sylogist parent portal.
8. Once there, you will fill out the two required forms.
9. Once the forms are complete and correct, your child’s name will turn green in the system. This can take a while to process.

Attention all Football Players & Parents!! Please see important information below for parents meetings starting this evening!
ECP Band: Band camp starts tomorrow! Remember, this is mandatory for all students participating in marching band and/or color guard. Camp is Monday through Friday for the next two weeks from 8am to 4pm with lunch provided each day. Please wear athletic clothes/shoes, bring water, and bring a copy of your physical if it is not already on file with the school office.
All JH Softball Girls going into 7th or 8th grades, we will start softball practice next week Monday(27th)-Thursday from 8-10 AM. I know there are other things going on and not everyone can make it, but please be there if you can. Make sure you bring some water.

ECP Band: Band parents/guardians, please join the ECP Band Booster Member Group on Facebook and fill out the survey regarding fundraising. If you do not have Facebook, email Mr. Reisetter for a link to the survey.
The band room is open from now until at least 12:00 pm. I might stay until 1:00 pm if enough students want to practice. All of the instruments are back from the repair shop and can be checked out if you need an instrument. Now is a great time to come by if you need extra copies of music, need to swap instruments, or have any questions about the upcoming season! Instruments are available for any 6th-12th grade student who has already been in band for a year and is enrolling in band this year!

Elmore City-Pernell Elementary School is excited to share the Second Lady's 2026 Summer Reading Challenge for students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade!
Students are encouraged to read and track 12 books of their choice between June 1 and September 4, 2026. Every book counts! After completing the challenge, participants can submit their reading log and reflection to receive a personalized certificate, a commemorative America 250 bookmark, and a special prize opportunity.
As an added bonus, students who complete the challenge will be entered for a chance to visit Washington, D.C. and the White House with a chaperone.
