Can you feel the …… S.T.E.A.M.?
Elmore City-Pernell Schools will be offering a Summer Program starting June 6th. Students that have completed Kdg. through 11th grade will be able to attend. This includes 1 week, 8:00-12:00 each day. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Each week, we will be offering different grade levels the opportunity to participate. This program is offered at NO COST.
Week 1 - (June 6-10) Kdg-1st, 6th, 9th grades
Week 2 - (June 13-17) 2nd-3rd, 7th, 10th grades
Week 3 - (June 20-24) 4th-5th, 8th, 11th grades
The Summer Program will focus on aeronautical activities, Airplanes, Drones, Etc. The focus will be given on the history, development, and advancement of flight. Many of the week’s activities will be hands-on projects with the possibility of a field trip on the last day of each week. Students will be engaged throughout the week. This program is designed to create excitement and creativity. With the many projects throughout each week, students will be able to design and assemble various items with the purpose of flight.
An enrollment form will be sent home in the next few weeks.
